Welcome
to the home of monochrome photography
This group is for all photographers who are devotees of monochrome photography, whether they use analogue or digital methods to achieve their images.
Please take time to look round the site where you will find much to interest you including images from previous Salons and images in the Members Gallery
Meetings
The group meets on just one evening per month - the fourth Monday - 7.30pm at the Village Hall in Upton St Leonards which is situated on the outskirts of Gloucester. There is easy access and plenty of parking.
The monthly meeting enables our members to belong to conventional camera clubs as well, if they so wish. We do not claim to be a conventional camera club as we do not have a programme covering all aspects of photography, neither do we hold competitions.
Programme
As you will see from our programme, we enjoy seeing monochrome prints and presentations from visiting speakers, as well as from our own members. Free tea, coffee and biscuits available at the break.
Sub-groups
In addition to the monthly meetings we hold bi-monthly meetings for the specialist sub-groups L.U.G. (Lightroom Users Group) and the D.R.U.G. (Dark Room Users Group) These meetings are held on the second Monday of the month. The L.U.G. meets in January, the DRUG meets in February etc etc.
Visitors
New members are always welcome. If you would like to visit, have a look at us plus enjoy an evening with us please do so. Directions are available top right. You will be made very welcome.
